La residenza è il frutto del ripristino di un antico casale in pietra che conserva le originali linee architettoniche ma assicura tutte le comodità di un’abitazione moderna. Sapientemente ristrutturato si presenta con pavimenti in cotto, soffitti con travi e pianelle infissi in legno. Si compone di cinque appartamenti completamente indipendenti ognuno dotato di cucina attrezzata, camere da letto , bagno con doccia riscaldamento autonomo TV. L’agriturismo Poggio della Rosa dispone di una piscina (6m x 12 m)circondata da un ampio solarium attrezzata con sdraio lettino ed ombrelloni, di ampio giardino con barbecue e giochi per bambini e parcheggio privato. Ideale per trascorrere giornate nella natura e nella quiete della verde Umbria.

Poggio Della Rosa has its own private swimming-pool in Summer (6mx12m). It is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and shared gazebo, a big garden, barbecue and car parking.
There are also fruit orchards, olive groves, wine yards and it is possible to buy genuine and organic products
